Bio

Originally from Portugal, music has always been an essential part of my life. As a child, I vividly remember poking my brother often into singing “battles” before falling asleep (or before our Mom came and told us to be quiet!). As an adult, I owe it to music my fluency in English, my daily dose of emotional sanity and some of the best interactions I’ve had with people.

My curiosity and sense of justice have led me, however, to study Law and I went on to work for big companies (Deloitte and Ernst&Young) for over 7 years. I have learnt a lot during that time and I have them to thank not only for the professional ethical compass I abide by but also for the opportunity to have lived in Luxembourg City and Paris, which I will be forever grateful for. But even then, music was always a constant.

I studied Classical Singing at the National Music Conservatoire in Lisbon and I have integrated varied choral groups throughout the years. With those, I’ve had the privilege of stepping on stages all over Portugal and abroad, to participate in a short film but, most importantly, to have made long-lasting friendships.

In 2020 I made up my mind to leave my career as a tax advisor for music and that’s when I decided to move to London to study at the London School of Musical Theatre (LSMT). Studying at LSMT was a life-changing experience, because not only was I finally pursuing my passion, but it also opened the door to a profound self-descovery process of who I was as a person and who I could become as a professional.

Since graduating from LSMT in 2022, I have had the privilege of working as Lead Singer for two resorts: Protur Biomar Gran Hotel & Spa (Mallorca, 2023) and Coral Sea Imperial Sensatori (Egypt, 2024/25). As part of the cast, the core of my work was to provide the evening entertainment which included musical stage productions, singing cabarets at the piano bar and terrace jazz sets. I grew so much during these seasons, perfecting my art and exploring my preferences as a performer.

Back in London, my time is split between different activities. As well as doing auditions for different kinds of shows, I work as an actor. I am a member of the People’s Company, the theatre company that rehearses under the umbrella of the Southwark Playhouse, with whom I have put on two productions over the course of the last 3 years (“Bermondsey Revolutions” and “Once Upon a Market”, both under the direction of John Whelan). I have also participated in some TV productions due to air in 2026. I also work as a model, mainly for stock photography sessions with professional photographer Angel Santana.

As a solo singer, and leveraging on my experience abroad, I have booked and continuously try to book new venues to perform at. I have found that the intimacy and connection having an audience close to me allows for is purely magical. At the end of the day, my goal is to convey emotions and to make people feel good in the environment they’re in - if you give me the chance to do so with my voice, your venue is the only stage I need.
